Venue edit review
Identity changes a venue manager proposed — name, address, coordinates, district, city, country and channel. Everything else a manager edits applies instantly and never reaches this queue. Approving writes the value to venues_new; rejecting leaves the venue untouched and the reason is kept on the proposal.
Drafts waiting after a released claim
A venue's owner and editors change a live listing as a draft; the owner publishes it themselves. When ownership is removed after a venue went live, its draft can no longer be published by the owner: it waits here. Check the changes against the live listing, and publish them once the venue has an approved claim again (a new claim, with new documents, approved), or discard them.
